In-stock items ship within 3-5 Business days, with tracking confirmations emailed. Pre-order items are on a manufacturing timeline that is explained in the Product Description. Please Read your product description before purchasing, to get an idea of arrival dates.
Can I make a return or exchange?
All items sold through our online shop are for final sale, as we allow no returns or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our behalf we will be more than happy to fix it, within a timely manner once notified. If you believe an error was made on your recent order, please contact us.
What if my purchase arrives damaged?
Products may arrive damaged by the shipping process beyond our offices. Such as mistreatment from UPS or USPS delivery. The Team packages all items carefully. If for any reason your purchase is damaged please contact us to report a damaged shipment so we can arrange a replacement order.
